Erato Professional Services, LLC is now accepting FFS Medicaid in Michigan for adult and senior clients seeking virtual counseling.  We’re committed to making care more accessible for those navigating anxiety, depression, grief, illness, or caregiver stress.

 We’re proud to share that Erato Professional Services, LLC is now fully licensed to provide telehealth counseling in Illinois, Michigan, Minnesota, Indiana, and Wisconsin. This expansion allows us to focus on our Midwestern roots as well as support more adults and seniors navigating anxiety, depression, grief, and caregiver stress. 

 We’re actively pursuing credentialing for stand alone Medicare as well as additional Medicaid programs in Illinois, Indiana, Minnesota, and Wisconsin. These expansions will make it even easier for clients across multiple states to access affordable, high-quality virtual counseling services. 

 We understand that life doesn’t always fit into a 9–5 schedule. That’s why we offer flexible evening and weekend virtual sessions to make high-quality counseling more accessible for adults and seniors balancing work, health, and caregiving responsibilities. 

 Erato Professional Services, LLC has begun outreach to funeral homes, caregiver networks, and local associations to expand grief and caregiver support resources. Our goal is to partner with community organizations that serve adults and seniors during life’s most challenging transitions.

 Our intake process has been updated with clinically validated screening tools such as the PHQ-9, GAD-7, Geriatric Depression Scale, and others. These updates help ensure every client’s needs are identified clearly from the start, supporting more personalized and effective care.
